Julie Howard Associates offers two levels of leadership workshops, designed to meet leaders where they are:
First-Time Managers Workshop
A critical foundation program that equips new managers with essential skills such as time management, communication, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating change. This workshop builds confidence while setting the groundwork for long-term leadership success.
Experienced Leaders Workshop
Designed for Directors and above, this advanced program covers the fundamentals while diving deeper into team building, hiring, decision-making, change management, negotiation, and executive presence. The workshop can be delivered as a one-day intensive or as a four-part series of 60–90 minute modules.
Mental Health Workshop
The importance of Mental Health in the workplace cannot be overstated. JHA, in partnership with well-known psychotherapist Abby Rodman, has created a simple yet meaningful mental health workshop for employees. It helps individuals recognize the signs of mental health issues and gives practical advice on how to manage those concerns as well as when to seek help. Additionally, there is a workshop exclusively for Managers. In it, managers will learn how to break down mental health myths and stigmas. They will also learn how to spot mental health issues with employees, how to address them tactfully and with respect, and how to guide employees to the right resouces to ensure they get the help they need.
