Julie Howard is a strategic advisor and former beauty executive and CMO with leadership experience at Estée Lauder Companies, Beauty Industry Group, Donna Karan, Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works and Calvin Klein. Her experience spans brand and business strategy, innovation, product development, growth and organizational leadership.

Having led businesses from the inside, Julie understands both sides of the challenge: making the right strategic choices and creating the alignment, decisions and ways of working required to execute them.

Today, she works with brand CEOs and senior teams on business and organizational challenges—from brand, growth and innovation strategy to organizational change, cross-functional alignment and leadership effectiveness.
